Carlingford Active Health is a leading sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic based in Sydney. With over 20 years of experience supporting athletes of all levels, from juniors to elite professionals, our mission is simple: Where health meets high performance.

We’re proud to have been part of the very first Whale Rock Trail Run in 2025 as supporting partners, where we introduced the Recovery & Performance Zone to help runners finish stronger. Seeing so many athletes benefit from our physio team and recovery services was a highlight of the day.

In 2026, we’re excited to step up as a Major Sponsor, bringing the Recovery & Performance Zone back even bigger and better, with more ways to help you move better, recover faster, and run stronger.

What We Bring to Whale Rock

As a Major Sponsor of WRTR 2026, Carlingford Active Health will once again be there for every runner at the Performance & Recovery Zone. From pre-race preparation and niggle management through to on-course support and post-race recovery, here’s how we’ll support you on your Whale Rock journey:

Before Race Day

  • Strength & Performance Testing – VALD technology screenings and tailored strength programs to prepare safely and prevent injuries
     

  • Injury & Niggle Management – physio consultations to assess and treat any issues before they turn into setbacks.

  • You can book a pre-race consultation or strength assessment at our clinic to address any niggles early and get race-ready “Book Now” 

On Race Day

  • Pre-Race Support – warm-up preparation, taping, and strategies to get you to the start line feeling ready to perform
     

  • On-Site Physiotherapy – treatment, taping, advice, and injury support during and after your run
